Girls on bikes - inspiration throughout the years

I always thought the image of a girl on a bike is an act of courage and find it somehow empowering. These are some photos I found on the internet that says freedom, feminity and power at the same time. It's like they say: It's ok, I got this. If only our streets had more bicycle lanes and if only people would understand that those are actually for bicycles, not parking spots!
